RENOVATION AND ADDITION TO A TOWN HALL

 The design challenges for this project were threefold:     

1. Numerous roof leaks/penetrations 

2. Very outdated and dreary appearance 

3. HVAC problems, improper distribution, and non-functioning controls. 

All of these concerns were addressed by developing a new facade design that the Township would be proud of. A major component of this facade design was a new pitched roof, which made the building aesthetically pleasing, while preserving the extensive and valuable existing ductwork.
