SCOTCH PLAINS TOWN HALL

The design challenge for this project was three fold: 1. numerous roof leaks/penetrations 2. Very outdated and dreary appearance 3. HVAC problems, improper zoning, and non-functioning controls. All of these concerns were addressed by developing a new facade design that the Township would be proud of. A major component of this facade design was a new pitched roof, which made the building aesthetically pleasing, while preserving the extensive and valuable existing ductwork.
